1. Decide whether you're ready
Many people intend to make on 1 January of the new year to quit smoking. In many cases all that is wrong in a few weeks. Why?Because you have not checked if you were ready to quit . 5. Come the first days
The first days are the hardest: your body is still very much getting used to, you're very busy with the (non) smoking and you actually need more cigarettes than before.
