6 Tips for a Healthy Life

You greatly affects your health through diet, and mostly about what foods you include in your everyday life. In addition, there are other factors that come into play, but basically it is you who controls your health. Don'ts So easy you live healthy. 

  1. Drink plenty of water, at least two liters a day. You do this by drinking water with every meal and carry a water bottle everywhere. 
  2. Do not breathe polluted air, which can be difficult in everyday life if you live in the city. To combat the pollution does to your body by make sure to eat plenty of antioxidants, such as from berries and fruits. It's also nice if you get out in the woods once in a while! 
  3.   4. Sleep is essential for good health. And good sleep must be a priority, just like exercise.Add yourself as early as you can in life, make sure to get at least eight hours on the pillow as you rest your body, get rid of stress and burn calories. 
  5. The diet should be varied. It's okay to skeie out the weekend, the body needs a little shock sometimes. But stick to whole grain products, trimmed meat and fiber, vitamin-rich foods like fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. The food that satisfies and gives you energy make you feel more satisfied and lubricate your machinery. 
  6. Lose weight if you feel overweight. The whole of the western world suffer from increasingly severe fedmeepedemi. Getting to know the foods you eat, maybe you get in you lots of calories without even being aware of it.
